Their participation provided a great opportunity for information exchange and discussions regarding the entire Qatar Ras Laffan Petrochemicals (RLP) Project - ETHYLENE PLANT.

On September 20: A Promising Start for the Project

The Kick-off Meeting held on September 20 marked the beginning of the significant events for the Qatar Ras Laffan Petrochemicals (RLPP) Project. During this session, investor Chevron Phillips Chemical, contractor SECL-CTCI Joint Venture (SCJV), and Amecc Mechanical Construction Company had the opportunity to exchange detailed information about the project before entering into the crucial construction phase. The Ras Laffan Petrochemicals (RLPP) Project: A Significant Breakthrough for the Industry

The Ras Laffan Petrochemicals (RLPP) project is a large-scale venture comprising ethylene production units and various utility facilities. Located in the industrial city of Ras Laffan, Qatar, this project is designed to become one of the largest ethylene plants in the world in terms of capacity upon completion. Chevron Phillips Chemical, as the investor, and SCJV as the contractor, are collaborating on this project, with substantial support from Amecc.

Amecc has been selected by SCJV as the manufacturer for Package #2 and Package #4 of the project, involving a total volume of up to 4,650 tons. This selection holds particular significance due to the transition to module-based fabrication and automation, an advanced approach that demands high-capacity manufacturing aligned with stringent procedures. SCJV's choice of Amecc undoubtedly reflects trust and confidence in Amecc's capabilities.

The two-day meeting and information exchange on September 20th and 21st marked a robust kickoff for the Qatar Ras Laffan Petrochemicals - ETHYLENE PLANT Project. With the commitment from Chevron Phillips Chemical as the investor and the manufacturing capabilities of Amecc, this project holds the potential to be a significant success within the international chemical and energy industry. We will continue to monitor and provide updates on the progress of this project in the future.
