WELCOME THE INTERNATIONAL WOMEN DAY- 8th MARCH

March has returned with spring’s atmosphere. Enjoying the happy atmosphere of the New Year, female staffs of LISEMCO 2 Joint Stock Company are ready to receive new tasks and new works. This year is hoped as a successful, happy and lucky year.

With concern and direction of Executive Committee of the Labor Union, Company Board of Leaders, since the first day of establishment on February 1^st, 2008. Women Board was  also established and operated with 12 members. During 7 years of operation and development of LISEMCO 2, up to now, women board has got 83 members at all departments and production units of Company.   

With the direct guidance of Company Executive Committee, Women Board has held many activities, got significant contributions to the production and business of Company. Above activities honor for female staffs in order to toward to the 105 year anniversary of International Women's Day on 8^th March.

On the occasion of 105 year- anniversary of International Women's Day (8/3/1910-8/3/2015), receiving concern of Executive Committee of the Labor Union, Company Board of Leaders, Women Board hold a trip to go to Tay Thien pagoda- in Vinh Phuc and Hung Temple- in Phu Tho.

Women Board also hold a meeting to celebrate International Women’s Day. Women in LISEMCO 2 will raise the responsibilities in work, trying their best to complete assigned tasks. Women Board has lobbied members to fully execute resolutions and policies of  Party and the laws of State, try to learn,  emulate in production, improve their skills and professionals. So they won’t   be outdated in present development, meeting requirements of industrialization and modernization of the country, going to build a prosperous, happy family, a justice, equality and progress society. Women positively response the campaign “Studying and following the he moral example of Ho Chi Minh” launched by Party.

Women are trying to develop in many aspects. Some women are taking part in-service training and going to work to improve knowledge and professionals. In the past years, many women in Company were chosen to join in Party sympathetic classes and there were 5 female staffs admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Women Board under direction of Labor Union Ban, coordinating with professionals promotes the implementation of the policy & regime of female staffs, protects rights and legal benefits, for women such as: the implement of working time for women having children under 12 months, organizing periodic health examination, organizing to go sightseeing…in order to encourage and motivate women to complete assigned tasks.  Women Board often visit female staffs who are ill or having sadness, or associate with each other, find out their desire, share difficulties, solves problem together.

With the results achieved in 2014, female staffs are trying their best in 2015 to complete assigned tasks with the best results.  “Good at work, capable at home"   are always  the traditional slogan of Vietnamese women in present  industrialization and modernization period, female staffs of LISEMCO 2 always try their best to prove their position in society as well as complete the responsibilities of the role as a wife, a mother and a daughter in the family.
