AMECC - RECEIVED GAS SEPARATORS FROM SAMSUNG - LONG SON PETROCHEMICAL COMPLEX PROJECT
On November 13, 2020, Amecc South Technical Services Joint Stock Company received the gas separators from the Samsung contractor, under the Southern Petrochemicals project (Long Son Petrochemicals Complex Project) with total investment capital of USD 5.4 billion, was held in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province on 24/Feb/2018
The project is expected to create about 15,000-20,000 jobs in the construction process, more than 1,000 high skilled employees when it comes into commercial operation.
The equipment is installed on Module PAU-002, among the 17 modules of Samsung Engineering, have been fabricating by AMECC JSC, for Long Son Petrochemical Complex project.
Among the packages of EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction), Samsung Engineering won the B&C packages, and became the main contractor for these two packages.
As designed, the plant of package B has capacity of 450,000 tons of high density polyethylene (HDPE) and the plant of package C is designed with a capacity of 400,000 tons of polypropylene (PP)/year.
