A GOOD EXAMPLE ABOUT DIRECTOR OF LISEMCO 2’s MANUFACTORY

Coming to LISEMCO 2 nowadays, we can see hard-working atmosphere among workers, engineers and supervisors here. At same time period, LISEMCO 2 has been executing 06 projects. Therefore the Manufactory has to work two shifts continuously, with the aim of meeting time schedule as well as requirements of the projects.

With more than 300 workers working on area of 18ha with modern and advanced equipments, it needs a Director who has enough ability and qualification for managing the Manufactory. With the role as Director, during more than 3 past years- Engineer Bui Van Vinh still works hard with high responsibility, bringing high productivity for LISEMCO 2.

In November 1999, after graduated from Hanoi polytechnic university- Mr. Bui Van Vinh was employed to working at Technical department of LISEMCO JSC. Since 18^th Nov. 2006 until 16^th Jul. 2008 he worked as team leader of fabrication & installation team No.4. During the period from November 1999 until Jul 2008 despite of working as any position, he always finished well the obligations assigned by Company, and he continuously was granted salary level before the due time.

In July 2008, he was assigned to work at LISEMCO 2 as Deputy Manager of Project Management Board for constructing of the Manufactory, cum team leader of fabrication & installation team No.2

At the position, he always pays attention and instruct to staffs so that the work could be completed. On 20^th May 2010 he was decided as Director of Lisemco 2’s Manufactory  

At new role, in spite of many difficulties to those the Company faced, he always encourages workers for overcome the difficulties. With job-love, passion, conscientious, he always direct closely the workers on following the work basing on delivery time schedule of each project, and for highest accuracy on fabricating.

Wishing LISEMCO 2 develop more and more with mechanical industry of Vietnam, we hope him healthy and  contribute more and more to development of LISEMCO 2.
