THE CONFERENCE OF LABORERS OF THE YEAR 2014

Yesterday, on April 20^th, 2014, Lisemco 2 Joint Stock Company formally holds the conference of laborers deputations in 2014. The conference took place in solemn spirit of democracy, contribution and solidarity of all workers and employees in the company. Attending the conference, there was Mr. Dao Van Thong- the vice chairman of LILAMA Trade Union, some mass organizations such as Party Committee, Trade Union, Youth Union, women board with 120 excellent deputations representing nearly 1000 workers and employees of Company.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Tho - General Director of the Company has presented a summary report of production and construction activities in 2013 and the orientations and tasks in 2014. The report evaluated the operated situation of the company in 2013 and set forth not only the orientations, tasks but also the specific solutions for the company in 2014. He also frankly showed out some downsides exiting in management in order to have experience lessons for the next years.

At the conference, Mr. Le Dinh Tu- the chairman of Trade Union has presented a report about the results of organizing laborers conference at department level, production unit and synthesizing amendment proposals of internal regulations and collectivized laborers agreement. Although there are many difficulties, the company has always ensured works and taken care of the lives of laborers.

The deputations attending to the conference warmly discussed about some issues that the company has not done in 2013, breakthrough discussions contributing relevant ideas for collective laborers agreement, the rules and regulations of the Company. On behalf of the Chairman delegation, Mr. Nguyen Van Tho - General Director of the Company listened and answered the comments of labors as well as giving the specific solutions in order to raise productivity and improve the lives of labors. The conference conducted to elect the periodical dialogue team, including 7 members representing for collective laborers to share information, enhance knowledge, consensus, high cooperation in laborers relationship to build harmonious, stability and progress labor relation, create conditions for laborers to consult their opinion to build business, ensure to implement of democracy rule, satisfactorily solve requirements of employers and employees, stabilize situation contributing to prevent and restrict of labor disputes, strikes, stop collective work.

At the end of the conference was a program of signing a collective labor agreement between Mr. Nguyen Van Tho- General Director of the Company (Employer) and Mr Le Dinh Tu-The Trade Union chairman of the company (representative of collective laborers)
