THE SIGNING CEREMONY OF THE COOPERATION AGREEMENT ON INVESTMENT FOR SOLAR POWER SYSTEM BETWEEN PHUOC DONG IMG AND AMECC AT PHUOC DONG PORT INDUSTRIAL PARK

Attending the signing ceremony, on behalf of IMG and IMG Phuoc Dong Investment Joint Stock Company, there were Mr. Le Tu Minh, Chairman of the Management Board; Mr. Vo Dong Tung, Deputy Managing Director of IMG; Mr. Tran Tan Sy, General Director of Phuoc Dong IMG. There were also leaders, representatives of professional boards, leaders of the two parties were present.

The two parties agreed to work together to invest in the project of installing, exploiting, managing and operating rooftop solar power to supply electricity for the entire Phuoc Dong Industrial Park and for EVN.

The specific cooperation information is as follows:

• The both parties invest in the installation of 1^st stage system with a capacity of about 5-10MW, the next stages for the rest of the project, a total of 32MW.

• Project implementation location: at factories / ready-built warehouses in Phuoc Dong Industrial Park.

• Area:

* 1^st Stage: 38,400m2 - 76,800 m2.

* The next stages: according to the actual needs of each stage.

At the signing ceremony of cooperation, Chairman cum General Director Nguyen Van Tho committed to IMG Investment Joint Stock Company, with experience and resources of AMECC, will construct the project to ensure quality, meet technical requirements and progress requested by the investor.

The construction of power plants is one of the strengths of AMECC Mechanical Construction Joint Stock Company. The company has successfully implemented many projects such as thermal power, hydroelectricity, biomass power, and solar power.
