LISEMCO 2 COMMENCES INSTALLATION OF COOLING WATER SUPPLY PIPING SYSTEM – THAI BINH COAL-FIRED THERMAL POWER PROJECT

On the morning of 14/12/2015 on the project site of Thai Binh Thermal power project at My Loc Commune, Thai Thuy District, Thai Binh Province Installation commencement cerremony of laying the first pipes of water supply system of Thai Binh thermal power project with the participation of representatives investor is Electricity of Vietnam (EVN), the supervision consultant is Power Engineering Consulting JSC 1 - PECC1, representing Consortium contractor: Fecon, Bach Dang, Cimas and installation contractor- is Lisemco 2-3 Enterprise - Lisemco 2 JSC.

Besides, the assurance of safety during processing and manufacturing at the factory and installation of pipe at the site is appreciated by the Owner. It is a source of great encouragement for the staffs of  Lisemco 2.

With rainy weather, pipe installation construction is anticipated to encounter many difficulties. However, aware of the importance of the cooling water supply piping system, with much of experience, sense of responsibility and the spirit of love the job, work up construction safety methods are carefully prepared by engineers of Lisemco 2-3 enterprise so at the ceremony, the first spool weighing 12 tons was put into place safely by Lisemco 2 workers, with satisfaction from the owner. The entire volume of 3700 tonnes of pipe spool is wrapped protection against electro-mechanic corrosion (use Anode). Welds are tested 100% UT, all the forks tested by X - Ray.

Being one of the important projects in resource development objectives of the EVN, when Thai Binh thermal power plant first came into operation with great significance in ensuring power supply for economic development social and economic process of industrialization of Thai Binh Province and some neighboring provinces of North Delta and the National Power system.

During the ceremony, representatives of the Thai Binh Thermal Power PMB has expressed his confidence and satisfaction in the ability and qualifications of staffs of LISEMCO 2 and the Consortium contractor.

Mr. Nguyen Van Tho - CEO of JSC Lisemco 2, represents consortium contractor including Lisemco 2, Bach, Cimas, and Fecon report with the Owner on the progress and quality of projects under agreements the determination of the project schedule, safety and quality in accordance with requirements set forth by the project.

The Installation commencement ceremony took place success is a motivation encouraging solidarity and determination to successfully complete the work ensuring safety, the time schedule and effectiveness, by the staffs Lisemco 2 in this project.
