Amecc – Organizing meets and career orientations for new technical workers and student interns

On 12/7/2022 Organizing a meeting and career orientation at AMECC for technical workers who have just graduated from Technical and Economic High School Northern Nghe An and Student interns from Yen Thanh Technical Vocational School.

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Tran Xuan Hung - Teacher in charge of internship - Representative of Yen Thanh Technical Intermediate School and 105 technical students of Yen Thanh Technical Intermediate School and 39 newly graduated technical workers of Yen Thanh Technical School, Northern Nghe An Technical and Economic High School.

At the beginning of the ceremony, the children were introduced to the formation and development of the Company, its production and business fields. Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Tho - General Director of the Company highly appreciated the quality of students' skills and teaching quality of Yen Thanh Technical School, Northern Nghe An Technical and Economic High School. “The company will create all conditions for them to develop their abilities, this is an opportunity for them to experience the business and improve their skills.”

Following the ceremony program, in order to equip students with knowledge and skills to actively prevent accidents and ensure occupational safety during the internship. The company has organized training and safety training for student interns. After the training session, the student interns were evaluated by the Occupational Safety Department of the Company about the occupational safety knowledge they have received.

Finally, the student interns were disseminated the Company's Regulations and Labor Regulations. At the end of the ceremony, the student interns were handed over to the Production Units of the Company with the guidance of the Team Leaders and the person in charge.

In order to create the best conditions for students and technical workers who have just graduated from school to practice at the Company, the Company has fully arranged for them to eat and stay; Provide labor protection equipment.

The company hopes that after the internship, the students and newly graduated technical workers will improve their skills to become good workers, contributing and helping the society. The company is also ready to accept student intern to work at the company's production units.
