The 1st Congress of the Education Promotion Association of An Quang Commune, term 2026 - 2031, took place in a very special context. At the same time, this is also a profound political activity aiming towards the 136th birthday anniversary of the beloved President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026).

The Congress was honored to welcome leaders representing the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Quang Commune; delegates from various departments, branches, mass organizations, and agencies, along with 86 official delegates representing a large number of education promotion members throughout the commune. The event not only marks a new beginning for the process of building and consolidating the Association's organization after its merger but also serves as clear evidence of the deep concern of the local Party committees and authorities for the cause of "cultivating people".

During the past term, the education and talent promotion movement in An Quang has made remarkable progress. Many shining examples of overcoming difficulties to achieve academic excellence, as well as outstanding collectives and family clans, have been commended, creating a positive and humane educational ecosystem.

Attending and sharing the joy with the Congress, Mr. Luu Xuan Thanh - Deputy General Director of AMECC Mechanical Construction Joint Stock Company, on behalf of the company's staff and employees, presented an amount of 30,000,000 VND to the Education Promotion Fund of An Quang Commune.

The donated amount from AMECC will be effectively utilized by the An Quang Commune Education Promotion Association for practical purposes such as:

Also within the framework of the program, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the An Quang Commune Education Promotion Association for the 2026 - 2031 term, consisting of 19 outstanding members. Ms. Luu Thi Chi, Vice Chairwoman of the Commune People's Committee, received high trust and officially assumed the position of Chairwoman of the Commune Education Promotion Association for the new term.
