AMECC WELDING COMPETITION OF 2020 - THE PLACE FOR EXPRESSING SKILL OF AMECC WELDERS

Welding technology plays an important role in the manufacturing industry, enhancing the company's competitive position in the market, overcoming technical barriers in trade and meeting international standards.

Welding technology is widely used in the production of many types of products and is applied in many fields, such as oil and gas industry, shipbuilding industry, high-speed rail, aircraft industry, petrochemicals, chemicals, industrial machinery manufacturing. In addition, welding is a manufacturing method commonly used to connect metal products, which has a significant impact on product cost and quality.

With this importance, AMECC Mechanical Construction Joint Stock Company - Welding Technology Training Center has hold the contest " Company welder’s perfect skills of 2020"

Test content:

* 3G + 4G welding (FCAW welding method).

* 100% TIG welding for 2’’ stainless steel pipe, position 6G.

* 6” pipe welding, using FiFeFaB welding machine, the new pressure welding technology.

Participants in the competition were 24 welders from AMECC worshops.

Welding technology training center of AMECC mechanical construction joint stock company is gradually affirming its important role in the overall development of the company.

Through this competition, AMECC welders have shown very well their skills. The achievements of AMECC welders affirm the training quality of the Welding Technology Training Center over the past years.
