PERIODICAL HEALTH EXAMINATION - AMECC'S ANNUAL ACTIVITIES

"The most valuable asset of a human being is health". Understanding this, on October 11, 2020, the Union of AMECC Mechanical Construction JSC in coordination with An Lao District General Hospital held annual health examination for all employees. This is one of the annual activities of the Company that shows the concern of leaders to the life and health of the laborers, and is also a bright spot in the company's corporate culture building.

Being one of the heavy industries, especially the mechanical industry, daily exposure to flue gas dust, iron ore, exposure to welding dust, iron dust, exposure to high temperature environment, so the health of workers is always the top concern for AMECC's management. Periodic health examination is a health check to assess the overall health status of AMECC employees, to detect abnormal health problems if any before turning into illness or not yet shown out. Disease in the early stage when there are no outward manifestations, for more effective treatment. In addition, periodic health checks also help us to make more reasonable adjustments to working regimes and lifestyle adjustments in order to improve productivity and improve the environmental status of employees in the company.

The periodical health examination of AMECC Mechanical Construction Joint Stock Company attracts a large number of employees. As noted, the activity created a very positive effect, helping to encourage each employee to stick more closely, love the company more and try and work harder and harder.
