AMECC SUCESSFUL ANUAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING OF THE YEAR 2019

Place: Km 35, Highway 10, Quoc Tuan Commune, An Lao District, Hai Phong city, Vietnam.

The meeting was attended by 339 shareholders and authorized representatives for 26,261,057 total votable shares.

At the meeting of shareholders approved many important contents such as: Business & production results, audited financial report of the year 2018; production and business plan in 2019; Additional election of 02 members of the Board of Management, 01 member of the Supervisory Board and supplement and amend the Charter of the Company according to the Law for Enterprises on the year 2014.

At the meeting, Mr. Dinh Ngoc Thang - Member of the Board (as authorized by Mr. Nguyen Son - Chairman of the Board) reported to shareholders about the board’s operation situation in 2018. In the past year, under the direction of the Board of management, the company has taken strategic steps, achieved outstanding business results compared to the same period in 2017.

At the meeting of Mr. Nguyen Van Tho - General Director of the Company on behalf of the Executive Board reported the business results in 2018: Revenue in 2018 reached 1,215 billion dongs, profit was 25.6 billion dongs, dividend payment was 5%. The Congress approved 2019 business and production plan with expected revenue: 1,400 billion dongs, 57 billion dongs of profit after tax ...

The Congress elects additional members of the Board of Management and the Supervisory Board for the remaining period of the Company's term 2018-2022.
