INAUGURATION OF THAI BINH THERMAL POWER PLANT
On February 14, in My Loc Commune, Thai Thuy District, Thai Binh Province, Vietnam, the Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) held the inauguration ceremony of Thai Binh Thermal Power Plant project. Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc attended and cut the inauguration ribbon for the project.
Speaking at the ceremony, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc said that Thai Binh Thermal Power Project uses modern technology, Japanese ODA capital, and put into operation, has contributed a lot of power to development of country economy. The project is one of the leading thermal power plants in Vietnam, ensuring the environment.

At this project, AMECC Mechanical Construction Joint Stock Company executed the work items such as:
• EPC for cooling water supply piping system.
• Construction of auxiliary buildings.
• Fabrication, providing kinds of steel structures...
• Fabrication of steel stack structure.
• Transporting and erection of steel structures for turbine, CCB...
The above work items have been completed on schedule, ensuring quality, meeting the technical requirements of the project.
