AMECC SUCESSFULLY HELD THE ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS MEETING FOR THE YEAR 2020

During the meeting, shareholders listened to reports and statement: reports on production and business situation in 2019 and business plan targets in 2020; Activity report of the Board of Directors in 2019, operation direction of 2020.

Report on the operation of the supervisory Board in 2019, the plan for 2020 and the proposal to select an audit organization for the financial statements in 2020; audited financial statements 2019; profit distribution plan, establishment of funds, dividend distribution in 2019 and profit distribution plan in 2020; reports on salaries, bonuses, remunerations and other benefits in 2019 and the 2020 plan of the management board and executive board; electing members of the board of management and the supervisory board.

In the complicated situation of Covid-19, AMECC Mechanical Construction Joint Stock Company successfully organized the annual shareholders meeting in 2020 by online means with Sankyu company in Japan, Singapore Bridge Point, and US Bridge Point, together with the support of Advisory Organization named FPTS Stock Joint Stock Company, who provides technical support for the counting of votes.

After nearly 04 hours of meeting in a very urgent and serious manner, with an excited atmosphere. The meeting has completed the work content according to the scheduled program. The meeting is pleased to welcome all shareholders of the Company to attend the meeting.
