2024 BUSINESS PERFORMANCE REVIEW AND 2025 PLAN, ALONG WITH THE LAUNCH OF THE JANUARY 2025 COMPETITION INITIATIVE

On January 6, 2025, Amecc Mechanical Construction Joint Stock Company solemnly hosted the 2024 Business Performance Review Conference and the Launch of the 2025 Competition Initiative. This annual event is not only an opportunity to evaluate the past year’s operations but also a platform to set strategic directions and inspire the entire workforce to embrace the new year with determination and ambition.

The conference proudly welcomed the company’s leadership, department representatives, union organizations, and outstanding individuals across AMECC’s system. Detailed reports, impressive statistics, and vivid illustrations brought to life AMECC’s 2024 journey—a year filled with challenges yet marked by significant achievements. Real-life stories of resilience, innovative approaches, and notable successes highlighted the core values of unity and responsibility that AMECC consistently upholds and fosters.

The event recognized and honored the outstanding contributions of departments and individuals in achieving production and business objectives. It also reinforced the company’s determination to overcome challenges ahead. The 2025 Competition Initiative, under the theme “Unity, Innovation, Reaching New Heights,” served as a powerful affirmation of AMECC’s commitment to sustainable development, enhanced operational efficiency, and aspiring to new heights in the mechanical construction industry.

After the review, the company’s leadership presented the 2025 Business and Production Plan, outlining clear strategic goals:

  2. Human Resource Development: Implement specialized training programs to enhance employee skills and create an innovative, friendly working environment.

The final part of the event was the launch of the January 2025 Competition Initiative with the theme “Unity, Innovation, Reaching New Heights.” This initiative emphasized the strength of solidarity within the company and motivated everyone to push beyond personal limits to achieve greater accomplishments.
