2024 Year-End Ceremony of AMECC Steel Structure & Equipment Manufacturing Plants No. 1 & 2

The ceremony took place at 6:45 AM on Saturday, December 14, in front of the office of Plant No. 1. From the very first moments, all the staff members of both plants were present and settled in their seats. The atmosphere was formal and warm, creating a foundation for a successful event that reflected the unity and hardworking spirit of the AMECC Steel Structure & Equipment Manufacturing Plants team.

The year-end ceremony was not only an occasion to reflect on the achievements of the past year but also an opportunity to recognize individuals and collectives who have made outstanding contributions to the company’s development.

After a warm welcome, the organizing committee representative announced the purpose of the year-end ceremony and introduced the attendees. Following the program, the Plant Director presented the year-end business and production report for 2024. According to the report, over the past year, AMECC Steel Structure & Equipment Manufacturing Plants No. 1 and No. 2 have overcome many challenges, especially in the context of a globally unstable economic situation. However, thanks to the relentless efforts of all staff members, both plants exceeded their production targets, successfully completing many large projects, which contributed to enhancing the company’s production capacity and reputation in the market.

The Plant Director also mentioned plans and goals for 2025. The plant is expected to focus on investing in modern equipment, improving product quality, and upgrading production processes to meet the increasing demands of customers, while also improving the income and living standards of workers.

After the report, the Chairman of the Company’s Trade Union delivered encouraging remarks, acknowledging the contributions of all staff members at AMECC Steel Structure & Equipment Manufacturing Plants No. 1 and No. 2. The Trade Union Chairman expressed pride in the remarkable achievements of the units over the past year and called on all company members to continue maintaining and strengthening unity, overcoming all challenges, and striving toward the common goal of the company’s sustainable development.

In his speech, the Company’s General Director expressed heartfelt gratitude to all employees for their relentless efforts and dedication, which have contributed to the company’s impressive achievements in 2024. The General Director also emphasized the important role of each individual in the company, affirming that the company’s success is inseparable from the contributions of each staff member from various departments and units. Looking to the future, the General Director committed to continuing to create the most favorable conditions for all employees to maximize their potential and creativity in their work.
