A GOOD EXAMPLE ABOUT PRODUCTION GROUP LEADERS

He is Nguyen Sy Quy. He is a welder of level 6/7. He has been an executing leader in 13 years in the Synchronous equipment manufactory belonging to LISEMCO 2. He was born in 1983 in a poor family in Kien Quoc commune, Kien Thuy district, Hai Phong city. His father passed away when he was a little boy, so he decided to learn in Hai Phong vocational training school. After graduating from the school, he has been worked for LISEMCO JSC. In 2008, he moved to work for LISEMCO 2 Joint Stock Company.

He is a good welder, an executing leader with many ideas to rationalize production and save materials. So it brings the quality products and high economic efficiency. He is hard working, responsible and willing to learn the new thing. He tries his best to learn and raise his knowledge, his welding skill to reach a higher welding skill 6G. He always helps his co-worker in working. He is a person who directly training welding skill for the other people in production team. He has been a good labor in many years and continuously receives award in level wage from 4/7 to 6/7. When company launches an emulation movement, his team and he always receive high awards.

With all achievements reached, he was elected to take part in “ a meeting of typical, good and creative laborers of LILAMA Union in 2014” and “ the nationwide conference  to praise typical, good and creative laborers in working of ministry  of construction in 2014” by company union. At conference, he received a certificate of merit of minister of Construction. We hope he will have practical contribution to strong developments of LISEMCO 2 Joint Stock Company.
