Over the years, the leaders of AMECC Company have always been aware of the importance of training on Occupational Safety - Occupational Hygiene, so they have directed this work well, contributing to ensuring occupational safety in the Company. company.

First aid is considered as a part of emergency care, increasing the likelihood of survival and reducing the effects of illness, injury, natural disaster, accident, etc. First aiders are those who continue to receive help. contact the victim in the first place. If they have basic first aid training, knowledge and skills, it will be an important step in providing effective help to the victim.

Realizing the importance of first aid, on June 19, 2022 AMECC Mechanical Construction Joint Stock Company cooperated with An Lao General Hospital to conduct first aid training and training. initially for the Company's first aid force. This is a training course held annually, in order to equip employees with very basic and practical contents such as: Improving employees' understanding of safety policies and laws, organization and management manage and implement regulations on occupational safety and health in the enterprise; dangerous and harmful factors in production; assessment of risks, dangerous and harmful factors at work.

In particular, the course also organizes training according to the specific characteristics of the job where there are strict requirements on occupational safety; give hypothetical trauma situations for trainees to experience and guide methods to deal with those urgent situations, contributing to minimizing human and property damage to the business when it occurs at the airport. labor accident.

The participants engaged in the study enthusiastically discussed, practiced hypothetical injury situations as well as taught first aid in emergency situations by the instructor. At the end of the training course, the trainees have basically grasped first aid methods such as: CPR, hemostasis, wound dressing, first aid for electric shock, spinal injury, fainting, etc. .

The training session ended successfully, the first aid team of AMECC Mechanical Construction Joint Stock Company was equipped with the necessary skills to perform first aid effectively and safely.
