AMECC – AMECC ESTABLISHED CIVIL AND INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION BOARD.

Pursuant to the Charter of organization and operation of AMECC Mechanical Construction Joint Stock Company;

Based on the production and business situation of the Company;

AMECC decided to establish the Civil and Industrial Construction Board under the AMECC Mechanical Construction Joint Stock Company. Besides, AMECC also promulgated the functions and duties of the Board and appointed Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung as its Director.

The Board of Civil and Industrial Construction performs activities in relationship with other units in the Company to bid for the following projects:

- Projects where the bid solicitor is the Investor/Domestic partner.

- For projects in which the bid solicitor is a foreign investor or company, the Civil and Industrial Construction Board will discuss and reach an agreement with the Corporation to ensure the focal point to participate in the bidding.

- Meeting with partners to exchange and promote AMECC brand.

- Update project information.

- Researching bidding documents for projects and deciding to participate in bidding.

- Assign tasks to members of the Executive Board and subcontractors to complete the bid (complete legal documents, measures, progress, bids....)

- Participating in bidding with competitive prices, if winning, will deploy work as general contractor to manage projects at the request of the Investor and AMECC Company.

- Take responsibility before the General Director of the Company for his decisions.

The Department of Civil and Industrial Construction has its Director, its Deputy Director and engineers with professional qualifications and experience in the field of bidding and a team of collaborators. The Director of the Board proposes personnel and is responsible to the Corporation for all activities of the Board.

Operational regulations of the Civil and Industrial Construction Board:

- The Civil and Industrial Construction Board is organized and operates independently.

- The Board is responsible for closely coordinating with functional Departments/ Boards of the Corporation.

- Operating under the model of the Executive Board under the management of AMECC Company.

- Officers and employees in the Executive Board self-deploy work according to the job requirements and follow the arrangement of the Head of the Executive Board.

- All the work done must be updated and reported to the leadership of AMECC Mechanical Construction Joint Stock Company in accordance with regulations.
