AMECC MARKS FIRST LOADOUT MILESTONE – BATCH #2, SHIPMENT 1 OF THE PHOENIX BIOREFINERY PROJECT
On August 21, 2026, at the GMC area, AMECC successfully held the first Loadout event for Batch #2 – Shipment 1 under the Phoenix Project – Biorefinery Main EPCC. This event marks a significant milestone in the fabrication and supply of modules for the project. With a total scope of 19 PAR modules weighing 8,515 tons, the project continues to demonstrate AMECC’s capabilities in module fabrication and the supply of large-scale equipment and steel structures for international industrial projects.

A New Milestone in the Journey of Conquering International Projects On August 21, 2026, AMECC officially marked the first Loadout milestone for Batch #2 – Shipment 2 (in SE&A’s sequence) under the Phoenix Project – Biorefinery Main EPCC. This shipment consists of 6 PAR modules with a total weight of 2,483 tons, including a heaviest single unit of 482 tons.
This represents a major milestone in project execution, recognizing the dedication of the AMECC team in fabricating, completing, inspecting, and preparing modules for transport according to project requirements.
The Phoenix Project – Biorefinery Main EPCC is owned by Pengerang Biorefinery Sdn. Bhd., with Samsung E&A Co., Ltd. acting as the Constructor and AMECC Mechanical Construction JSC (AMECC) as the Seller.

Loadout – A Testament to Module Fabrication Capabilities During this Loadout phase, the modules were completed at AMECC’s fabrication yard and made ready for scheduled transport.
According to the shipment specifications, this load includes 6 modules totaling 2,482.95 tons. These large-scale items required tight coordination across multiple departments—from fabrication, quality control, and HSE to logistics and transport preparation.
Each completed module is not just a mechanical product, but a testament to AMECC’s production management, quality control, schedule handling, and seamless team coordination.
Solidifying AMECC's Standing on the International Fabrication Map With a total volume of 8,515 tons across 19 PAR modules, the Phoenix Project represents a substantial scope that enables AMECC to leverage its strengths in module fabrication and mechanical construction.
Consistently achieving fabrication and loadout targets reinforces AMECC’s ability to satisfy stringent international requirements regarding quality, schedule, safety, and production capacity.
