AMECC Party Executive Committee Conference: Review, Evaluation, and Classification of Collectives and Individuals for 2024

The conference took place from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM, covering several important topics aimed at summarizing and reviewing the activities of the AMECC Party Committee in 2024. Attendees evaluated the achievements, analyzed the causes of limitations, and discussed directions for improvement in the future.

The program began with a speech by a representative of the AMECC Party Executive Committee, emphasizing the importance of review and evaluation in enhancing the quality of leadership and guidance within the Party organization. This was an opportunity for each member to reflect on their role and personal responsibility towards the collective and the company’s overall mission.

Members of the Party Executive Committee openly expressed their opinions, analyzing the roles and responsibilities of each individual and the collective concerning the strengths and limitations highlighted in the annual summary report.

These matters were discussed openly, focusing on identifying solutions to address existing shortcomings and leveraging strengths to contribute more positively to the company’s development.

Representing the An Lão District Party Committee, Comrade Nguyễn Quốc Thịnh delivered a significant speech, praising the outstanding achievements of the AMECC Party Committee over the past year. He also emphasized several key tasks that the Party Committee should prioritize in the near future, particularly improving leadership effectiveness in production, business operations, and Party development efforts.

The conference organizers acknowledged the feedback provided, consolidated the content, and refined the review report to ensure completeness and accuracy. Members of the collective conducted a voting process to agree on the evaluation and classification levels for the Party Executive Committee as a whole and for individuals holding the positions of Secretary (BT) and Deputy Secretary (PBT) of the AMECC Party Committee.

Individuals holding the positions of Secretary and Deputy Secretary were rated as having successfully fulfilled their duties, clearly demonstrating their leadership roles in guiding and organizing the implementation of the Party Committee’s political tasks.

The conference concluded with a solemn and united closing ceremony. The Secretary of the AMECC Party Committee delivered the closing remarks, expressing heartfelt gratitude to the An Lao District Party Committee for their support and collaboration in leading the Party Committee. He also called on members to continue upholding their sense of responsibility, unity, and creativity to drive AMECC towards even greater development.
