START TBM – FULLY PREPARED, STEADFAST IN SAFETY AT AMECC

With the goal of raising awareness, reinforcing safety knowledge, and spreading a proactive mindset across every shift, AMECC organized the Safety Program – START TBM featuring 09 teams from various branches and units within AMECC Group. The event created an exciting competitive atmosphere while contributing to building a company-wide safety culture.

Starting a New Day with a "Great Mindset"

???? A workday at AMECC begins not only with focus, but also with a state of complete readiness.

During the START TBM program, all employees gathered in formation, adjusted their personal protective equipment (PPE), and mentally prepared before stepping into their shift. This kickoff step demonstrates the discipline, seriousness, and proactive spirit of every AMECC member.

From seemingly simple actions like checking PPE and standing ready in formation to proactively identifying hazards, AMECC is step-by-step forging a safety habit well before the work even begins.

START TBM – When Safety Becomes a Friendly Competition

???? Tool Box Meetings (TBM) at the start of the shift are an essential part of AMECC’s culture—a time to identify hazards and reinforce safety before getting to work. With START TBM, this activity was combined with a friendly competition to raise awareness and test practical safety knowledge.

???? 09 teams participated together, demonstrating their knowledge, professionalism, and teamwork. The teams performed their daily START TBM routine and were evaluated on their great mindset, accuracy, agility, and team spirit.

More than just a contest, START TBM was an opportunity for every individual to reflect on how they start their workday: more proactively, more disciplined, and more conscious of their own safety and that of their teammates.
