ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS CONGRESS OF THE YEAR 2017 OBTAINED SUCCESS RESULT

The Congress focused on discussing and agreeing on a number of major maters:

1. Adoption of the report on business performance in 2016, orientation, and business plan in 2017.
2. Adoption of the 2016 audited financial statement; Profit distribution plan, dividend payment for the year 2016 and set up the funds in 2017.
3. Adoption of the authority to the Management Board on selecting the financial auditor for the fiscal year 2017.
4. Adoption of the remuneration payment plan for the Management Board, Control Board and Secretary of the Board in the year 2017.
5. Adoption of the report of the Management Board on the year 2016.
6. Adoption of the report of the activities of the Control Board on the year 2016.
7. Adoption of the dismissal of members of the Management Board and elect some additional members of the Management Board of the Company in the period of (2013-2017)
8. Adoption of plan on increasing the shared capital in the year 2017
9. Adoption of the plan and method for investment to Myanmar

Overall, there were 09 major matters need adopted in the congress, by the shareholders, and the approval rate was very high, up to 91.73%.

After 4 hours of hard work and seriousness, with the cheerful and confident atmosphere of the early days of April, the congress has completed the content of the work according to the intended program. The Congress is pleased to welcome the shareholders of the Company on the full participation.
