AMECC Mechanical Construction JSC 2025 Annual General Meeting: Changes in the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board

I. Appointment of Members to the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board

The General Meeting of Shareholders approved the appointment of the following individuals to the Board of Directors (BOD) and the Supervisory Board (SB), effective from June 2, 2025, for the remainder of the 2022–2027 term:

Board of Directors:

• Mr. Kazuyuki Suzuki: Member of the BOD (New Appointment)

• Mr. Nguyễn Đăng Minh: Member of the BOD (New Appointment)

Supervisory Board:

• Mr. Matanori Kojima: Member of the SB (New Appointment)

• Ms. Đặng Thị Ngọc Minh: Member of the SB (New Appointment)

These new appointments represent a strategic move by AMECC to enhance its governance and management capabilities. II. Dismissal of Members from the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board

Also during the General Meeting, AMECC approved the dismissal of the following members from the BOD and SB, effective from June 2, 2025:

Board of Directors:

• Mr. Kikugawa Tetsuya: Member of the BOD (Dismissed due to personal reasons)

• Mr. Lê Minh Tuấn: Member of the BOD (Dismissed due to personal reasons)

Supervisory Board:

• Mr. Fujiwara Norimasa: Member of the SB (Dismissed due to personal reasons)

• Mr. Vũ Đình Thông: Member of the SB (Dismissed due to personal reasons)

The decisions to relieve these members of their duties were based on their personal requests. AMECC sincerely acknowledges and appreciates the valuable contributions of Mr. Kikugawa Tetsuya, Mr. Lê Minh Tuấn, Mr. Fujiwara Norimasa, and Mr. Vũ Đình Thông throughout their tenure. Their dedication and professionalism have played a significant role in AMECC’s success over the years.

III. Vision and Expectations
