At the groundbreaking ceremony, there were several important attendees, including Mr. Nguyen Van Tho - General Director of AMECC; Mr. Zuo Qingwen - Deputy General Manager of SINOMA Vietnam; Mr. Pham Minh Duc - Chairman of the Trade Union and Deputy Secretary of the Party of VICEM; Mr. Do Tien Trinh - General Director of VICEM Bút Sơn; Mr. Le Nam Khanh - General Director of VICEM; Mr. Bui Xuan Dung - Chairman of the VICEM Member Council; representatives from the leadership of the Vietnam Cement Corporation; representatives from the project's functional departments, along with the staff and representatives from AMECC and VICEM But Son.

On June 30, 2022, in Hanoi, the consortium of AMECC Mechanical Construction Corporation - SINOMA and VICEM But Son Cement Corporation held a ceremony to sign the contract for Package 1 of the project "Construction Project for Utilizing Waste Heat from Production Lines 1 and 2 for Power Generation."

Contract Package 1: Provides design, equipment, materials, technical services, fabrication, installation, and domestic procurement. This is the main contract that determines the technology, capacity, and efficiency of the production line and accounts for 76% of the project value. The Consortium of AMECC-SINOMA successfully won the bidding for the package. Following the agreement and favorable cooperation in Contract Package 1, VICEM and AMECC quickly moved to sign Contract Package 2 for the same project on February 6, 2023.
