LISEMCO 2 WITH 5S PROCEDURE

Aiming to build & develop Company firmly and strongly, LISEMCO 2 always aims target to become a strong-development enterprise, a leading enterprise on approaching optimum-economical production manner.

Therefore, 5S procedure (Sort--Set in order- Shine -Standardize-Sustain) is a model that has been paid attention and actively & widely developed by LISEMCO 2, brought evident effect at the first step.

5S model was created by Japanese and applied since 70’s years of the last century, brought unpredictable effect to Japanese enterprises. Therefore, up to now, it has been applied by enterprises of many countries, and Vietnam is one of them.

Realizing the role as well as interest brought by 5S, LISEMCO 2 has popularized widely this model to each worker through holding training courses, issuing document, organizing fact-finding visit to the enterprises those applied successfully 5S model.

Being one of the enterprises those specialize in mechanical industry, therefore working environment is always put to top priority by LISEMCO 2. Therefore, 5S creates the working environment of discipline, cleanness, good order, with model of that

5S is not action for only keeping clean at working place, the aim of 5S is to create strict tidy working environment for a base of quality control and production management of the enterprise. 5S is also a base of economical production, and is an important part for maintaining overall productivity.  

After a period of developing, staffs of LISEMCO 2 JSC realizes obvious difference from applying 5S model, the working place becomes clean, tidy, the laborers are more disciplinary, working area become more convenient and safely, creating good working environment resulting more work productivity.
