Training – Coaching – Implementation Program "Made in Vietnam" Lean Management Technology Strengthening AMECC’s Sustainable Development (6 Genes)

Developing Mindsets – Elevating Management – Advancing into the Future

As part of its continuous journey of innovation and development, AMECC Mechanical Construction Joint Stock Company has officially partnered with the GKM Institute of Lean Management to launch a training – coaching – and application program of the "Made In Vietnam – 6 Gene" lean management model.
This is a strategic management model, tailor-made specifically for the characteristics of production in Vietnam, aiming to enhance leadership capacity, optimize operations, and fully unlock the internal strengths of the enterprise.

C.E.O Nguyen Van Tho chaired the training session with a highly positive and proactive mindset.

The program was directly chaired by Mr. Nguyen Van Tho – CEO of the company – a leader deeply dedicated to enhancing the quality of management resources, elevating AMECC JSC’s standards, and bringing the best possible values to its employees.

The program is implemented across the entire AMECC system, with the full participation of Management Representatives (NQTs) at all levels — from Deputy Team Leaders, Team Leaders to frontline Managers — representing all production units.

Throughout the implementation process, the Management Representatives (NQTs) not only engaged with modern theoretical frameworks but also participated in hands-on practice — working together to analyze, discuss, and propose practical solutions aimed at improving labor efficiency, reducing waste, and building a more professional and lean working environment.

“Management is not just about control – it is about inspiring and leading change.”
This message from CEO Nguyen Van Tho sparked a spirit of serious learning, progressiveness, and deep responsibility among the AMECC management team.

The program concluded with many positive outcomes, laying the foundation for the gradual and widespread implementation of new management tools across the entire AMECC system. It sets the direction toward operational optimization, sustainable development, and industry leadership in mechanical construction.
With the 6 Gene model as its guiding compass, AMECC is confident in its ability to elevate its management system and affirm a strong position on the path of integration and growth.
