On December 6, 2024, at the main headquarters of Amecc Mechanical Construction Joint Stock Company, the company organized a Year-end Review event to discuss the results of business operations in 2023 and outline the business production plans for 2024. The event saw the participation of nearly 1,300 employees, including Amecc staff and members from affiliated companies.

1. OVERALL ACTIVITY STATUS

Workforce: According to HRB statistics as of December 31, 2023, the total number of personnel at AMECC is 1,280.

Market development and contract signing: In December 2023, an additional 9 contracts were signed, with a total value of approximately 6.34 billion USD, equivalent to nearly 150 billion VND (including contracts already considered in the previous month). Based on the projected workload for 2024, there is an increase of over 27,000 tons transferred from 2023, not counting contracts to be signed from now until 2024. Particularly, at the end of November 2023, AMECC's strategic partner, SECL Group, held a preparatory meeting for the upcoming high-level working trip of the President to South Korea, assigning AMECC a minimum of 20,000 TPY from mid-2024 onwards. This demonstrates the company's leadership, especially the efforts of the General Director, in seeking opportunities to ensure long-term employment and sustenance for AMECC.

The leadership team, along with all employees, conducted the flag-raising ceremony.

Mr. Le Minh Tuan - Deputy General Director - Results of Business Operations in 2023

Quality Management: There have been certain improvements, but fundamental errors still persist at all stages, indicating a lack of supervision and inspection at various levels within the quality management system. There is a shortage of QC personnel at the Production Unit level, especially in new production units and smaller models such as Green Tech, AMECC Trading, etc. Additionally, there is a lack of continuous and systematic training for quality management. The company will continue to instruct relevant production units to establish a systematic continuous training program to address and improve quality management.

HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), maintaining law and order, tightening labor discipline, and promoting corporate culture: These areas continue to receive focused attention with specific periodic activities such as first aid training, and others, gradually becoming routine and improving.

2. ABOUT THE RESULTS OF MANUFACTURING AND PROCESSING OPERATIONS

Through the 6-month competition to achieve a production volume of 3,500 MT, starting from June 2023, it shows very positive progress with the monthly production value being higher than the previous month. Overall, the figures mentioned above reflect the commendable efforts of the production units, and in practice, most units have implemented and maintained night shifts, especially MCC, FAC1, FAC2, Amecc GT, and PAC, with an enthusiastic and positive production workforce. With a significant amount of work completed during the month, not only in the production unit but also in the management unit, including departments such as PMB, QCB, DE, EVB, HSE, and the security force protecting HRB, all worked overtime to meet the continuous and timely production service.

Honoring Units Achieving Outstanding Performance in Production

Alongside the high production momentum, the initiative competition, and technical innovation, many leaders of production units have shown significant attention to various innovative ideas and improvements. These ideas have been efficiently applied to production and are deserving of recognition.

In addition to the production volume targets mentioned above, in 2023, the goal of completing the project readiness for shipment has been essentially achieved.

However, despite meeting the assigned targets, it has been evident that, alongside increased workload and pressured project schedules, there are still various deficiencies in the overall production operations concerning quality, processing measures, and labor safety.

In collaboration with production units, the leadership team has presided over detailed meetings with relevant units to address challenges, provide solutions to the identified deficiencies, and ensure support to create the most favorable conditions for production.

Honoring Individuals Achieving Outstanding Performance in Production

The system of drainage pipe assemblies for the air compressors of laser cutting machines has indeed marked a significant breakthrough. Exceeding the machining and manufacturing output target of 4,150 MT, as well as the zinc coating of 1,800 MT, is a notable and initial success. It demonstrates that our AMECC, the leaders of production units, and our skilled workers and employees can indeed achieve great things. This accomplishment instills confidence, motivation, and excitement to continue conquering new milestones on AMECC's path of sustainable development. On this occasion, on behalf of the company's leadership, I would like to express sincere and profound gratitude to the leaders of production units, the skilled workers, and all AMECC Group employees. We acknowledge and appreciate the relentless efforts and contributions of all individuals who have propelled AMECC to surpass its highest threshold in the company's 15-year development history.

CEO - Mr. Nguyen Van Tho's concluding statement

With the goal of ACCELERATING in 2024 and leading up to the Lunar New Year, I would like to extend my sincere wishes to the company's leadership, leaders of production units, and all AMECC employees and their families.
