COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY FOR STEEL STRUCTURE FABRICATION FOR THAI BINH 2 TPP PROJECT

Thai Binh 2 Thermal Power Project is invested and built with capacity 1,200 MW, total investment up to 34,295 billion Vietnam dongs. Each year, this project will produce 6,739 billion KWH. This is a project of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN) as an Employer, operator, and project management.

Lisemco 2 Joint Stock Company is honorably chosen a contractor of item: “steel structure fabrication of turbine house and center controlling house” with volume more than 9,200 tons

Participating the ceremony, there are representatives of Employer, Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (VPN), representatives of main contractor, Petrovietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation (PVC), representatives of execution contractor, Petroleum Equipment Assembly &Metal Structure Joint Stock Company (PVC-MS).

In the ceremony, representatives of Lisemco 2 Joint Stock Company, Mr. Nguyen Van Tho- General Director of company made a speech to express his honor when company was chosen as a contractor and on behalf of all laborers in Lisemco 2 committed to execute the project safety, quality and on schedule.

The execution units, factories taking part in project signed the schedule commitment in front of guests and more than 400 employees.

Representative of Employer, Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung- The vice Director of project management board, expressed his belief before the fully preparation of Lisemco 2.In the content of ceremony, Petroleum Equipment Assembly &Metal Structure Joint Stock Company signed the comprehensive cooperation with Lisemco 2. This will open a development step for good relationship between both sides.

Thai Binh 2 thermal power project is an important project in developing national electric resource of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group in 2015, orientation to 2025. This project expects to generate electricity in the end of the year 2016. These not only contribute to ensure national energy security but also develop socioeconomic and transfer economic structure of Thai Binh in particular and Red River Delta region in general.
