Qualifications and Expertise Required:

Graduated from university or higher education institutions in fields: Occupational Health and Safety, Labor Protection, Environment.

Minimum of 2-3 years of equivalent position experience.

Proficient in state regulations regarding labor laws, health standards, occupational safety and health, fire prevention and fighting, environmental protection.

Ability to work under high pressure, displaying responsibility in tasks.

Possess valid occupational safety certificates as per regulations.

Proficiency in English communication and ability to comprehend English documents.

Proficient in office software applications and computer literacy.

Basic Job Description:

Managing, organizing, supervising activities related to occupational safety, fire prevention and fighting, environmental protection within the Company.

Disseminating, guiding, checking, supervising, and promoting compliance with regulations and standards on occupational safety, fire prevention and fighting, environmental protection for all Company employees.

Analyzing safety, evaluating risks, and proposing measures to ensure occupational safety and health. Drafting job safety analysis for each type of work according to legal regulations. Establishing necessary safety procedures/measures.

Regularly inspecting and monitoring, issuing timely warnings, or suspending work at positions/machinery/equipment or actions that pose safety risks or lack adequate safety conditions.

Conducting regular HSE activities: monitoring workplace environments, fire drills, organizing periodic health checks, providing occupational safety training for all Company employees.

Investigating, reporting, summarizing accidents, and coordinating with related departments and state authorities to resolve labor accidents (if any).

Executing procedures to obtain and renew safety certificates as per current regulations.

Compiling reports on occupational safety and health as per legal regulations and periodically reporting to relevant authorities.

Inspecting machinery, equipment, and construction vehicles to ensure safe operation.

Organizing the storage, preservation of documents, records, and related materials according to legal regulations.

Working Hours and Location:

Working hours: 08 hours/day, weekly from Monday to Saturday.

Workplace: at the Company headquarters (or as directed by the Board of Directors).
