Position: project manager specialist

REQUIREMENTS ON EDUCATION AND EXPERTISE

Graduated from university or higher in majors such as Economics, Engineering, or Construction.

At least 3 years of experience working as a Project Manager in manufacturing, processing, equipment assembly, steel structures, construction projects, or energy-related projects, oil refinery projects, etc.

Proficient in English communication, capable of reading and presenting documents in English.

Familiar with legal regulations on project management and operation.

Proficiency in office computer software and technical design.

Skills in planning, organization, and effective management.

Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work well under pressure.

BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION

Direct and manage the execution of construction items at company projects to ensure progress, quality, and safety.

Manage and oversee personnel at the project.

Directly inspect and supervise the construction.

Advise the Board of Directors on the organization and operation of the project.

Direct and manage the establishment, inspection, and monitoring of legal/administrative procedures for project implementation according to current state regulations.

Organize inspections, review handover records, settlement decisions, quality records, project completion… during the construction process.

Summarize, evaluate, and advise the Board of Directors on resolving related obstacles affecting the quality, progress, and investment efficiency of the project.

Manage the acceptance process and put the project into operation.

WORKING TIME AND LOCATION

Working hours: 8 hours/day, from Monday to Saturday.

Workplace: at the company headquarters (or as directed by the Board of Directors).
