Recruitment: General Accountant

1. ACADEMIC AND PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting/Finance, Audit majors.

1-2 years of experience in general accounting at a manufacturing, steel structure fabrication/construction/mechanical engineering company.

Proficient in financial reporting.

Proficient in current tax laws according to Vietnamese legal regulations.

Proficiency in office software and accounting software.

Fair English proficiency.

Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under high pressure.

2. BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION

Prepare payment documents, conduct transactions with banks, input data into the system to ensure accurate and timely data.

Reconcile income and expenditure, store and manage accounting documents, and ensure accounting data security.

Input data into the software system, process, monitor, manage, and report any arising changes and fluctuations in accounts receivable and payable.

Monitor overdue debts and issues, prepare cash flow reports, and debt reports.

Issue VAT invoices for the sale of goods.

Declare VAT, PIT, CIT monthly, quarterly, and finalize annual taxes.

Monitor revenue, compile report sheets according to the template.

Calculate and reconcile salaries, bonuses according to the company's salary bonus mechanism.

Produce accounting reports, financial reports, and other reports as assigned by the leadership and direct management.

3. WORKING TIME AND LOCATION

Working hours: 8 hours/day, Monday to Saturday.

Workplace: At the company's headquarters.

4. SALARY AND BENEFITS

Salary is negotiable based on qualifications (from 10 million VND/month).
