Recruitment: Logistics Staff

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Graduated from university, preferably majors in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Maritime, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum 2 years of experience working as an import-export/logistics staff.

English proficiency in communication and document comprehension.

Responsible and capable of working under high pressure.

BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION

Undertake the following tasks:

Negotiate with customers, shipping lines to handle documentation and facilitate the import/export of shipments via sea and land transportation.

Timely submission of documents to customers and handling any arising issues.

Monitor goods documentation and collaborate with other departments to resolve any arising complications.

Coordinate transportation (trucking) and manage accounts receivable with customers.

Prepare and review documents (Invoice, Packing list, contracts, bills, manifest declarations, delivery orders).

Customs declaration and Certificate of Origin preparation (if applicable).

Prepare import/export reports, weekly/monthly reports as requested by the Director.

Perform shipment delivery procedures.

Update new regulations related to import/export practices.

WORKING TIME AND LOCATION

Working hours: 08:00 AM daily, from Monday to Saturday

Workplace: Headquarters of the Company
