AMECC - Sankyu held a preliminary meeting to nominate personnel for training in Japan in October 2023

On February 14th, 2023, the leadership board of AMECC welcomed the leadership delegation of Sankyu Inc. for a visit and to discuss cooperation in organizing a vocational training program in Japan for engineers and technical workers of AMECC.

At the meeting on November 24th, 2022, AMECC and Sankyu Inc. agreed to cooperate through a meeting, that by the first quarter of 2023, Sankyu Inc. will organize a vocational training program in Japan for many engineers and technical workers of AMECC. The full cost of Japanese language learning, visa expenses, airfare, and training expenses will be covered by AMECC and Sankyu. The engineers and technical workers of AMECC will be sent to Japan for training combined with work for a period of 3-5 years and receive a salary based on Sankyu's standards in Japan (averaging around 30 million VND per month).

According to the work schedule, Sankyu had a follow-up meeting with AMECC on February 14th, 2023 to come to an agreement on the contract to be signed in the near future. The internship program in Japan is a government-established program abbreviated as JITCO. The training program lasts from a minimum of 3 years to 5 years, and each year Sankyu will accept 2 people from AMECC, consecutively for 3 years.

To prepare for the upcoming visit from Sankyu Inc., the leadership board and HR department of AMECC organized a preliminary interview session for the list of engineers and technical workers who have registered their desire to go to Japan on February 11th, 2023.

According to the registration list from various units, nearly 20 technical officers and engineers registered for the program. After the exchange about the required professional skills and suitable welfare policies for the needs of the labor force, the interview session selected the top 5 most suitable candidates.

Understood. So, in October of this year, the engineers and technical workers of AMECC will depart for Japan according to Sankyu's annual plan with language training support provided beforehand in Vietnam. The work contract in Japan will start from November 2023, and personnel need to be present in Japan one month before to participate in the training course provided by JITCO.
