Charter of Organization and Operation (Amended on March 29, 2023)
Amending Clauses 2 and 3, Article 12 of the Charter of Organization and Operation of Amecc Mechanical Construction Joint Stock Company as follows:
Article 12. Charter capital, shares, founding shareholders

The current charter capital of the Company is 600,000,000,000 Vietnamese Dong (Six hundred billion Vietnamese Dong). The charter capital of the Company is divided into equal parts (referred to as shares). Each share of the same type confers equal rights, obligations, and benefits on the owner.

The charter capital of the Company is divided into 60,000,000 common shares, with each common share having a par value of 10,000 Vietnamese Dong (Ten thousand Vietnamese Dong).
